Privacy Policy

Images and text you edit
The Icon Maker processes your selected image in your browser. The Rich Text Editor processes your text and color selections there too. Flayo's editing code does not upload that image, your typed text, or generated markup to its server. A PNG is saved to your device, and Copy writes markup to your clipboard only when you ask. Work can be lost when you close or reload the page.
Preferences on your device
Flayo stores your light or dark theme choice in browser local storage. Rich Text recent colors are kept in the current editor session, not in an account. You can remove local storage through your browser's site-data settings; doing so resets the saved theme. There is no Flayo login or user profile.
Usage counters and hosting
After a successful icon download or Rich Text copy, the site sends a small event to its own Cloudflare-hosted endpoint. That event identifies the action, not your image or text. Our custom analytics records contain an event name, an accepted status and a count, without an account identifier. Cloudflare also receives technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and timestamps, when serving and securing the site. An IP address is used for short-term rate limiting; it is not included in Flayo's custom analytics event.
Retention and service providers
The current Cloudflare setup retains Analytics Engine events for up to three months and Workers logs for up to seven days. Cloudflare processes hosting and security data under its own terms and retention practices. Flayo also requests web fonts from Google Fonts, which means the browser contacts Google to load those resources. These providers may process data outside your country.
Google advertising and cookies
This site includes Google's AdSense code. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, fraud prevention and measurement, including when an ad is not visibly displayed. Where personalized ads are served, advertising cookies can enable ads based on visits to this and other websites. The availability of ads and consent choices depends on the configured Google service and your region. This policy does not itself grant advertising consent.
Your advertising choices
Where a Google consent message is presented, use its options to accept, decline or manage the purposes offered. You can also adjust Google personalized-ad settings at My Ad Center and manage cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies or third-party requests may affect advertising or fonts, but the tools do not require an advertising click to download or copy output.
Contact messages and external links
If you email Flayo, your email address and message are used to answer your request and handle any necessary follow-up. Do not send passwords, payment details or private game credentials. Discord, Roblox and social-media links lead to services with their own privacy policies. Messages sent there are handled by those services too.
Questions and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of personal data, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact flayo.business@gmail.com with enough context to identify your request, without including unnecessary sensitive information. Anonymous action counts cannot generally be matched to an individual visitor. This policy will be updated if Flayo's data practices change.
