Terms of Use
These terms cover use of flayodev.com and its browser tools. Flayo is an independent project, not a Roblox service. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
Using the tools
You may use Flayo to prepare artwork and text for projects you are authorized to work on. The tools are currently free to use without a Flayo account. Do not use the site to infringe someone else's rights, distribute unlawful material, impersonate another creator, disrupt the service, or generate automated abuse of the usage endpoints.
Your inputs and exported work
You remain responsible for the images and text you bring to the tools and for having permission to use them. Flayo does not claim ownership of your uploaded artwork or typed text. Exporting an image does not grant rights to artwork, fonts, logos or other material owned by someone else. Check the relevant rights and Roblox's rules before publishing.
Models and third-party services
Model downloads are provided through linked Roblox Creator Store pages. Review the asset's current listing, permissions, scripts and any applicable terms before use. Site descriptions are an overview, not a promise that a model will work unchanged in every experience. Roblox, Discord, Google and other linked services have their own terms.
Preview limitations
The browser preview is a design aid. Text rendering, font metrics, image scaling and UI behavior can differ in Roblox Studio and on players' devices. Test your exported PNG, RichText markup and installed models in your own project before publishing. Keep backups of original artwork and Studio projects.
Availability and responsibility
Tools and models may be changed, interrupted or retired as the project develops. They are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, suitability for every project or error-free output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flayo is not responsible for losses caused by relying on untested output. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
